Production friendly. Come on a non-pressure sensitive frosted carrier (no sticky junk).  At 55 microns, durable and able to handle the most abrasive conditions. Cut with water jet, laser jet, vinyl cutter, die cutting and also embroidery friendly.

 

Suitable Applications:  Sports apparel including bags, athletic jerseys, hats, swimwear, and neoprene products. Safe for children’s clothing, undergarments, and approved for most any commercial, government or personal use. (Not suitable for Teflon coated and most silicone fabrics).  We suggest you always test a small piece of any film on any fabric before committing to it.

 

Instructions:

Cut Job in a mirror or reverse mode.

Weed the excess film media away image.

Pre-heat garment for 2 seconds to make level.

Position image, with carrier on top.

Heat Press 250°F – 310°F . Pressure medium.

Press for 4 seconds, then again for 6 seconds.

Lower temp for heat sensitive fabrics.

COLD Peel.
