TDF is the only immediate film transfer to virtually any fabric.

That is why we make the actual demonstration at every exhibition we attend.


1. Question. Does the TDF Group develop and manufacture heat transfer films.

Fact. Yes we do.

2. Is TDF-1011 and 1012 clear the only printable film with a matte finish.

Fact. As far as we know. With screen print look, soft velvet feel, no hand, and works with virtually any fabric.

3. Does 1 roll TDF film work with all fabrics?

Fact. Yes, virtually any synthetic or natural fiber known to the industry.

4. What will TDF film NOT conform too.

Teflon coated and some silicone coated materials.

5. What type of adhesive do we use?

Fact. A Patent Polyurethane adhesive.

It is low melt performing adhesive that will quickly conform to the fabric.

The adhesive works excellent with low and high temperatures.

Our competitor cannot compare to us. You must buy different rolls for different fabrics.

6. Are all TDF films Polyurethane and ultra thin?

Fact. They are all 100% high quality Polyurethane.

An average 55-75 micron thickness.

TDF-1011 Opaque is 75 microns to minimize shirt dye migration after washing.

TDF-1012 Clear is 55 Microns. Softest hand/feel in the business.

Ultra thin with 100% opacity. Stretch without see-through.

Competition: PVC/Polyurethane, or just PVC.

9. How many manufacturers are there like us?

Fact. There are very few, and we continue to be the leader with new adhesive and film technology for all the new fabrics.

Fact. We have film products already finished that will be introduced in Year 2012. Products our competition can only dream about.

11. Are TDF films expensive.

Fact.  No .

Decoration garment cost is about .01 cents per square inch.

Our print-able films sell on average $ 285.00-$360.00 per roll. Size 20″ x 33 yd (.50 x 30m).

The higher price includes freight cost for some countries.

Customers do save money using one universal film for all fabrics.

12. How does TDF films compare to sublimation and paper transfers.

A total different product.

Sublimation: 100% Polyester white fabric

Transfer Paper: Polymer for entry level market.

13. The future of cotton, micro-fiber, nylons, polyesters.

Fact. Cotton prices are up 60% in the past 6 months.

Microfibers, Polyesters, Nylons are all fabrics in demand for today’s athlete and performance sportswear fashion.

Blended Fabrics are being used more than ever. These wreak havoc on other film poor adhesives.

Our films are being used by the top sportswear companies, but are now available for everyone.
